Quebecois here. Had a reservation, showed up, got the car. No issues. The staff was polite. The car had a weird smell but aired out quickly. Still 4 stars because everything else was fine.

Everything worked perfectly. The car was new, AC was cold (necessary in Reunion!). Staff helped with directions to our hotel in Saint-Gilles. Great service.

Returned car with a small scratch (my fault). They charged reasonable repair fee, not crazy like some companies. Appreciate the transparency. Will use again.
