The Alexandria location is my go-to now. Took about 10 minutes to get the car and the staff were friendly. Car was clean and ran well. No hidden fees which is always appreciated.

Took an Uber from the airport to avoid the on-site surcharges. Got a 3-series Touring for less than a Fiesta would cost at the terminal. Legitimately the best value in Essex.
