Better than the other off-airport rentals I’ve tried. Bus was clean, car was clean, counter was clean. That’s a win in my book.

Rented a people mover for the family. Spacious and clean. The downtown pickup point saved us a shuttle ride. Kids were comfy on the drive to Rainbow Springs. Booking confirmation was immediate.

I use these guys whenever my car is in the shop. Downtown location is handy, I can walk over from Hay Street. Never had a bad car from them. Prices are stable.

Standard rental. Nothing fancy. I needed a truck to move some furniture from the Unclaimed Freight store. They had a Ram available. Price was fair.

I was a bit worried because the counter is small, but the agent processed everything quickly. Car was very clean. Driving in Wilmington was easy and I got to enjoy the Riverwalk. Very satisfied.

Picked up a Kia Picanto. Tiny car but perfect for Gisborne city driving. Staff were nice. Only downside was the drop-off box was full so I had to wait.

Car was okay, a bit worn but mechanically sound. The AC worked well which was crucial in summer. Staff was professional. Not luxury but gets the job done.
