Reserved online from Japan, everything was ready when I arrived. Drove to Milan and around Lombardia. Car was exactly as described, very fuel efficient. Staff spoke good English.

Have used this location a few times now. They recognize me and speed things up. Cars are always mechanically sound which is important for my trips to the mountains.
