Rented a convertible for a day trip around Lake Trasimeno. The pick up was easy and the car was gorgeous. Felt like a movie star driving through the sunflower fields.

Fortuner was clean and well maintained. Drove to Sandwich Harbour with guide but used our own vehicle. No problems in deep sand. Proper 4x4 not a soft-roader which is what you need.
