Cheaper than Hertz and Europcar by a lot. The car wasn't brand new but it was clean and reliable. Drove to the lighthouse and back. Would recommend for budget travelers.

It's a rental car on a remote island. It started, it stopped, it didn't break down. That's a 5-star win for me. Bring a USB adapter for your phone though, older car model.

Good value for Guam. Rented for 5 days, drove to all the major sites including Fort Soledad and the Pacific War Museum. Car was reliable, no mechanical issues. Return process took 3 minutes.
