Seamless experience from start to finish. Used the app to unlock the car, skipped the counter entirely. Ballina airport is small so the walk is negligible. Great selection of clean vehicles.

The lady at the counter was incredibly helpful. She upgraded us to a larger car for free because of a wait. Big shout out to the team at Ballarat Downtown.
